Our Mission. Calling All Angels is a committee of friendship and love. It is a committee as diverse as the children we serve. Although we come from many walks of life, we all share the common goal of ending the cycle of abuse that condemns its young victims to a bleak future. It is our duty, as human beings and as citizens of this great country, to give them the hope and promise of a better tomorrow by first providing their most basic need – safe shelter. Each year Calling All Angels hosts a black-tie event to raise funds designated to provide a safe living environment for the children of parents enrolled in the Grace Centers of Hope rehabilitative Life Skills Program. Through our efforts, and with the generous support of the tri-county area community, we successfully raised funds at our November 9, 2007 event to help build the future House of Hart & Hope in memory of our late friend and beloved Detroit area radio personality, Rhonda Hart. We hope you will continue to support our mission to save the children as plans are already underway for our third annual event, which will benefit Grace Centers of Hope and the future Angels of Grace home for children who have aged out of the foster care system. Your support continues to make a difference in the lives of so many children long after our event passes by giving them a brighter world in which to live and grow. Please know that we cannot do this without you – it is your heart that is our hope and the hope of the children we serve.
